Prime Minister Announces Dental Practices To Re-Open

This evening, 28th May 2020, Boris Johnson has announced that UK dental practices are able to re-open with effect from Monday 8th June.

At Burford Road we have been busy preparing for this day since the Covid-19 lockdown began. We have always had high confidence in our safety systems and hygiene standards and when you see us next you will see we have further enhanced our procedures to ensure your safety.

Whilst we were closed we had no alternative but to change many appointments booked, and we can now begin caring for our patients again.

The Government has not yet revealed all the guidance we need and we will need a short time to plan our return to work.

If you have an appointment booked in June, we will be in touch with you in the next few days with further details. Our first priority is to help all those who have experienced dental problems during lockdown in a period when we were not allowed to provide our expected standard of care. For all other patients we hope to be able to see you for all your booked appointments.
